Explanation
Guiding the industry to propose topics related to satellite ground terminals and space (satellite) related R&D products, promoting students (foreign students included) and fresh graduates from domestic colleges and universities to participate in industrial R&D practice, facilitating industry matching, and cultivating space elites with technical knowledge and practical R&D skills.

Fields

The research problem-solving areas include key components, subsystems, system integration terminals, and others. The details are as follows:

Field Description
Key Components Such as high-frequency/high-speed substrates, baseband chips, beamforming chips, RF (e.g., microwave/millimeter-wave) related materials/components and modules, packaging/process materials, antenna unit materials, etc.

Subsystems

  • • Antenna Subsystems: Such as phased array antennas (e.g., liquid crystal antennas), dish antennas, multiple-input multiple-output systems, antenna packaging/module technologies, antenna control units, etc.
  • • Indoor and Outdoor Connection Subsystems: Such as connectors, power supplies, routers/modems, etc.
System Intergrated Terminal Such as user terminals, ground receiving stations, satellite telemetry tracking command stations, Multi-Orbit and Multi-Constellation System Integration, etc.
Others Such as satellite components, satellite ground equipment testing, and innovative applications (e.g., household, automotive, aviation, maritime, or other satellite-related services), direct-to-cell satellite communication for smartphones, etc.
